社名は「NIC Global Solutions株式会社」ですが、私たちは略してNGS（エヌジーエス）と呼んでいます。
親会社のNIC（こちらは日本インフォメーションの略称）のブログはあったのですが、
子会社の私たちのことも知ってもらいたい！情報を発信したい！ということで、ブログを開設しました！
簡単に自己紹介。
NGSの設立は2011年。現NICの社長はニューヨークで長らくERP*コンサルタントをしており、
同じくERPコンサルタントであった当時のビジネスパートナーと一緒に日本に帰国し、NGSを立ち上げました。
NGSはERP導入のコンサルタント部隊で、パッケージはMicrosoft社のDynamics AXシリーズを扱っています。
ERPの専門知識を備えているというだけでなく、日本の顧客に対しては日本市場が求めるクオリティを担保しながら、
顧客の海外法人（ソフトウェアのエンドユーザ）にはグローバル水準のコンサルを行なえる...ということで、日本からの海外ロールアウト**案件を得意としています。
そのため、社員は今のところ全員、日本語・英語のバイリンガル。
現在は出身国は３カ国（日本・中国・フィンランド）のみですが、これからどんどん多様化していきそうです！
NGS社員の日常（社内・社外）だけでなく、
Dynamics AX シリーズ (D365) のTipsや最新情報なども配信できればと思っています。

*ERP
Enterprise Resources Planningの略称。日本語では「統合基幹業務システム」などと呼ばれています。
会社のモノやカネの動き（例えば販売注文や生産管理、倉庫の在庫情報など）を、一元して管理するシステムです。ERPシステムを通して会社のモノ・カネ・ヒトの動きを適切に把握することで、資源をより有効活用した経営ができるようになります。
**海外ロールアウト
顧客の日本本社でまず導入したソフトを、海外の支社に同様に展開していくイメージ。逆にまず海外本社で導入されたソフトを、子会社となる日本法人に導入されるパターンは、ロールインと呼ばれています。

Welcome to NGS Blog!
(Yes, we call ourselves "NGS" - an abbreviation for the company name, NIC Global Solutions Inc.)
This is our very first post and we are very excited about it!
Our parent company, NIC, has had its blog for some time now, and we thought it was about time we also start our own so people can know more about NGS, what we do, what kind of people we are etc...
And here we go!
A quick introduction:
NGS was founded in 2011 by the CEO, who is also the CEO of NIC. He had been working as an ERP consultant in New York for about a decade, after which he moved back to Japan together with his business partner, also a very experienced ERP consultant, to start the company.
We provide ERP implementation consulting services, mainly in global roll-out projects for Japanese clients, and our speciality is an ERP package called "Dynamics AX" from Microsoft. Our strength is in the global experience of ERP imelementation as well as the capability to meet the quality standard of Japanese market (which can be very specific some times).
This is why our currrent employees are all Japanese-English bilinguals.
At the moment only from Japan, China, and Finland, but we are hoping to invite more diversity in the company!
Through NGS Blog, we will be talking about our daily (most probably mundane) events from both inside and outside of the company. But we are also hoping to introduce some tips or latest information surrouding Microsoft AX (D365)!
